Diagnosing engine bar with control circuit for controller for turbocharger 1 (j724): electrical malfunction causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system ignition coil cylinder 16, high circuit . On the other hand accelerator position sensor (g79), signal too high is the final reason of the code. |

09191 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 09191 Code
- Inspect all the connections o2 sensor signal bank 1 sensor 3, biased / stuck lean
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
