Staring in engine malfunction indication light (k83), electrical malfunction the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 2 sensor 5, circuit low and exhaust bank 3 sensor 1, inner resistance implausible is the final reason of the code. |
09179 Possible Causes:
09179 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 09179 Code
- Inspect all the connections turbocharger control module, faulty
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
