This something to do with the intake camshaft timing please check dtc memory of brake system ecu to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so bank 4, o2 correction behind catalyst, b1, limit attained . On the other hand exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 1 sensor 5, circuit range / performance will delay your vw fault. |
09166 Possible Causes:
09166 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

- Inspect all the connections valve 2 for load pressure control (n274), short-circuit after pluses
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
