09165 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing data bus powertrain, missing message from adr control module mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor intake manifold runner control, circuit high bank 1 and fuel injection valve 3 (n368), short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
09165 Possible Causes:
09165 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
What To Check After Fixing 09165 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel shutoff valve "b" control, circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
