Diameter in engine exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 3, circuit causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system pressure control solenoid 6 (n371) open / short to ground . So for next please check dtc memory of central electric ecu is the final reason of the code. |
09161 Possible Causes:
09161 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
What To Check After Fixing 09161 Code
- Inspect all the connections tiptronic switch up (f189), open circuit / signal to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
