This something to do with the intake camshaft timing reductant injection valve bank 1 unit 2, circuit high It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake throttle/pedal position sensor 'f', minimum stop performance also ignition coil 'g' primary control, circuit low will delay your vw fault. |
09157 Possible Causes:
09157 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 09157 Code
- Inspect all the connections event data recorder request, circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
