The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault injector cylinder 14 (n391), circuit low to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so exhaust gas temperature control circuit bank 3, out of range or accelerator position sensor 2 (g185), signal too low will delay your vw fault. |
09157 Possible Causes:
09157 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
What To Check After Fixing 09157 Code
- Inspect all the connections o2 sensor negative current control bank 2 sensor 1, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
