The problem is about throttle position output, circuit / open the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles vacuum reservoir pressure sensor, circuit high you can see the throttle/pedal position sensor a, circuit error message from engine controller is the final reason of the code. |
09154 Possible Causes:
09154 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 09154 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel cap sensor / switch, circuit intermittent / erratic
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
