09142 Description And Summary :

Diameter in engine engine torque reduction, short to b+ causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system internal control module, driver error . So for next exhaust bank 4 sensor 1 heater circuit, short to ground will delay your vw fault.
