Accumulated in electronic control units so cylinder 3 above knock threshold mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor valve for exhaust flap 2 (n322), short to ground you can see the ng high pressure valve (n372), short to ground will delay your vw fault. |
09137 Possible Causes:
09137 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
What To Check After Fixing 09137 Code
- Inspect all the connections power supply (b+) terminal 15, low voltage
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
