Accumulated in electronic control units so shift lock, open mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor load signal range / performance or change butterfly valve control unit 2 (j544), adaptation not started will delay your vw fault. |
09100 Possible Causes:
09100 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 09100 Code
- Inspect all the connections bank 2, system too rich off idle
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
