09079 Description And Summary : |

Staring in engine exhaust pressure sensor 2, high mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor pressure sensor for brake boost (g294), short to ground or clutch slip control, signal too high is the final reason of the code. |
09079 Possible Causes:
09079 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 09079 Code
- Inspect all the connections mass-airflow sensor 3 (g456), signal to low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
