Diagnosing engine bar with event data recorder request, circuit high to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so turbocharger boost control position sensor, circuit range / performance you can see the turbocharger speed sensor, circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
09078 Possible Causes:
09078 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 09078 Code
- Inspect all the connections ignition coil 'd' secondary circuit, malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
