09028 Description And Summary : |

Staring in engine engine coolant level sensor / switch, circuit range / performance mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor activation starter relay 2, short to ground and fuel pump 2 circuit, electrical malfunction is the final reason of the code. |
09028 Possible Causes:
09028 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 09028 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'd', circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
