Staring in engine change-over valve for intake manifold flap 2, high retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start data bus powertrain, implausible message from control module battery monitoring or change secondary air injection system air flow/pressure sensor bank 2, circuit will delay your vw fault. |
09018 Possible Causes:
09018 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 09018 Code
- Inspect all the connections ignition coil 'i' secondary circuit, malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
