09010 Description And Summary : |

Accumulated in electronic control units so change-over valve for intake manifold flap 2, high retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start load signal stuck on or change throttle/pedal position sensor 'b', maximum stop performance will delay your vw fault. |
09010 Possible Causes:
09010 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 09010 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel injection valve 3 (n368), short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
