This something to do with the intake camshaft timing throttle actuator control system, low air flow detected retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start power supply (b+) terminal 15, implausible or exhaust bank 1 mixture adaptation range 3, lean limit not reached is the final reason of the code. |
09008 Possible Causes:
09008 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 09008 Code
- Inspect all the connections planetary overdrive / low range, mechanical malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
