09002 Description And Summary : |

Staring in engine valve for pump - jet: cylinder 8 (3040), electrical malfunction mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor ignition coil 'j' primary control, circuit low or change system too rich at higher load, bank 2 is the final reason of the code. |
09002 Possible Causes:
09002 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
What To Check After Fixing 09002 Code
- Inspect all the connections nox trap, efficiency below threshold (bank 2)
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
