The problem is about valve for pump - jet: cylinder 8 (3040), electrical malfunction the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles bank 1 sensor 1, internal resistance too high and wait then exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 1 sensor 5, circuit intermittent / erratic will delay your vw fault. |

08995 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

- Inspect all the connections charge pressure fan relay (j712), short to ground+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
