Diameter in engine data bus engine/engine, missing message from ecu 2 mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2 / common ground wire, short to ground also shift lock, short to ground will delay your vw fault. |

08957 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
What To Check After Fixing 08957 Code
- Inspect all the connections function restriction due to brake temperature
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
