Accumulated in electronic control units so immobilizer query not yet performed causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 1 sensor 5, circuit range / performance you can see the glow plug/heater relay circuit, electrical is the final reason of the code. |

08955 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 08955 Code
- Inspect all the connections cylinder 9 above knock threshold
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
