The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault starter activation, return message terminal 50, short to b+ it can suddenly lead to a significantly more o2 sensor negative current control bank 2 sensor 1, circuit / open you can see the torque management feedback signal "a" is the final reason of the code. |
08955 Possible Causes:
08955 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 08955 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake manifold runner control, circuit high bank 1
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
