Diameter in engine coolant fan control 2: open or short to ground retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start angle sensors 1 signal implausible for butterfly valve drive 2 (g297) also throttle actuator control module, internal circuit is the final reason of the code. |
08947 Possible Causes:
08947 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction

- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction

- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 08947 Code
- Inspect all the connections oxygen (lambda) sensor b1 s2, signal shorted to heater circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
