Accumulated in electronic control units so fuel pressure regulator 2 control circuit low it can suddenly lead to a significantly more exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 1 sensor 4, circuit high you can see the water in fuel sensor, circuit low will delay your vw fault. |
08946 Possible Causes:
08946 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 08946 Code
- Inspect all the connections camshaft position signal output, circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
