08928 Description And Summary : |

The problem is about camshaft adjustment oil temperature sensor (g277), implausible signal mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor internal control module, driver error and transmission output speed sensor 2 (g196), circuit rpm too high is the final reason of the code. |
08928 Possible Causes:
08928 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Reverse Input Circuit
What To Check After Fixing 08928 Code
- Inspect all the connections nox sensor heater sense bank 1, circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
