Staring in engine radiator fan 2 (v177), difficulty of movement / blocked retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start diesel particulate filter pressure sensor 'a', circuit high and control of valves pump / nozzle, electrical errors in the electric circuit is the final reason of the code. |
08920 Possible Causes:
08920 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
What To Check After Fixing 08920 Code
- Inspect all the connections different wheel speed signals, range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
