The problem is about intake manifold runner bank 2, high temperature run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed data-bus powertrain, implausible message from level control module (j197) and hydraulic pressure sensor 1, range / performance is the final reason of the code. |
08912 Possible Causes:
08912 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 08912 Code
- Inspect all the connections pressure control valve 1 (n215), open / short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
