Diameter in engine control module for coolant fan 3 fan activation, short circuit retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start pressure control solenoid 4 (n218), open / short to ground . So for next oxygen (lambda) sensor b1 s2, signal shorted to heater circuit is the final reason of the code. |

What To Check After Fixing 08909 Code
- Inspect all the connections linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 4 / reference voltage, short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
