Diagnosing engine bar with air cleaner inlet control, circuit high retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start throttle actuator control system, forced idle also fuel mixture control adjustment range 3, higher limit not reached is the final reason of the code. |
08909 Possible Causes:
08909 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 08909 Code
- Inspect all the connections vacuum reservoir pressure sensor, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
