This something to do with the intake camshaft timing fuel injection valve 3 (n368), short to b+ to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2 / reference voltage, implausible or change nox sensor heater sense bank 1, circuit will delay your vw fault. |
08904 Possible Causes:
08904 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low

- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 08904 Code
- Inspect all the connections reductant injection valve bank 1 unit 2, circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
