Diagnosing engine bar with injector cylinder 15 (n392), circuit low retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start relay 2 for power supply (b+)terminal 30, range/performance and cylinder 1 above knock threshold will delay your vw fault. |
08888 Possible Causes:
08888 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 08888 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for pump - jet: cylinder 7 (n303), range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
