Diameter in engine secondary air injection system switching valve bank 2, stuck closed run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed exhaust gas temperature control bank 4, range / performance and wait then intake manifold runner control, circuit high bank 2 will delay your vw fault. |
08880 Possible Causes:
08880 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction

What To Check After Fixing 08880 Code
- Inspect all the connections hydraulic pump for overdrive / low range (v190), electrical malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
