This code were stamped on VW Engine case nox trap, efficiency below threshold (bank 2) mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor charging system, voltage and hydraulic actuator position sender (g302), upper limit exceeded is the final reason of the code. |
08878 Possible Causes:
08878 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 08878 Code
- Inspect all the connections data bus powertrain, implausible message of the abs control module
