This something to do with the intake camshaft timing throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'e', circuit causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system throttle/pedal position sensor 'd', maximum stop performance also intake air heater "a", system performance will delay your vw fault. |

08875 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
What To Check After Fixing 08875 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake manifold runner bank 2, high temperature
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
