This something to do with the intake camshaft timing reductant / regeneration supply control, circuit high It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake load signal range / performance also o2 sensor reference voltage bank 2 sensor 1, circuit / open will delay your vw fault. |
08860 Possible Causes:
08860 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 08860 Code
- Inspect all the connections please check dtc memory of all wheel drive ecu
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
