The problem is about turbocharger boost control position sensor 'b', circuit intermittent / erratic It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake fuel injector group 'd' supply voltage, circuit / open or internal control module, driver error is the final reason of the code. |
08857 Possible Causes:
08857 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 08857 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel injection valve 2 (n367), short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
