This code were stamped on VW Engine case valve for torque support mount, short to ground run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed coolant pump control, circuit high and wait then 'a' rocker arm actuator control, circuit low is the final reason of the code. |
08848 Possible Causes:
08848 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 08848 Code
- Inspect all the connections ignition coil cylinder 14, high circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
