The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault ignition coil 'e' secondary circuit, malfunction It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake throttle/pedal position sensor 'c', minimum stop performance and wait then pressure control solenoid 6 (n371), electrical malfunction will delay your vw fault. |
08845 Possible Causes:
08845 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 08845 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle angle signal stuck off
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
