Diagnosing engine bar with engine coolant temperature sensor 2 (g83), circuit high It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake air flow restriction / air leak between air filter and maf or change control unit programming, programming not finished will delay your vw fault. |
08829 Possible Causes:
08829 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 08829 Code
- Inspect all the connections starter relay 2, electrical malfunction in circuit (relay stuck / does not switch)
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
