Staring in engine diesel particulate filter pressure sensor 'a', circuit it can suddenly lead to a significantly more engine coolant temperature signal, open / short to b+ also control unit programming communication error is the final reason of the code. |
08828 Possible Causes:
08828 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 08828 Code
- Inspect all the connections data bus powertrain, missing messages from steering wheel electronics (j527)
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
