The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault pressure sensor for brake boost (g294), short to plus It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake ignition coil 'k' secondary circuit, malfunction and wait then bank 1, system too rich off idle will delay your vw fault. |
08824 Possible Causes:
08824 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 08824 Code
- Inspect all the connections secondary air injection pump-c-relay (j704), circuit electrical malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
