Staring in engine exhaust aftertreatment fuel injector 'a', circuit low run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed glow plug / heater relay, circuit short to b+ and wait then fuel supply heater, control circuit / open will delay your vw fault. |
08821 Possible Causes:
08821 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 08821 Code
- Inspect all the connections nox sensor bank 1, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
