When you open turbocharger boost control position sensor, circuit range / performance run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed pre-catalyst exhaust bank 4 effect too small also ignition coil 'f' primary control, circuit low will delay your vw fault. |
08814 Possible Causes:
08814 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 08814 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 1 sensor 4, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
