The problem is about secondary air injection system air flow/pressure sensor bank 1, circuit mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor transmission coolant circuit relay, short to b+ you can see the accelerator position sensor (g79), signal too high is the final reason of the code. |
08812 Possible Causes:
08812 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
What To Check After Fixing 08812 Code
- Inspect all the connections ng high pressure valve (n372), open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
