This code were stamped on VW Engine case throttle actuator control system, stuck closed mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor data bus engine/engine, missing message from ecu 2 also data bus powertrain, missing message from diagnostic interface-control module is the final reason of the code. |
08802 Possible Causes:
08802 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 08802 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel cap sensor / switch, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
