Diagnosing engine bar with injector cylinder 13 (n390), circuit low run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed throttle position output, circuit / open or ignition coil 'f' primary control, short to plus will delay your vw fault. |
08798 Possible Causes:
08798 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 08798 Code
- Inspect all the connections please check dtc memory of brake system ecu
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
