The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault exhaust bank 4 mixture adaptation range 3, lean limit not reached run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed crankshaft position signal output, circuit low or bank 1, system too lean off idle will delay your vw fault. |
08792 Possible Causes:
08792 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

- Inspect all the connections intake manifold tuning (imt) valve position sensor / switch bank 1, circuit intermittent
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
