This code were stamped on VW Engine case 'b' rocker arm actuator control, circuit high retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start shift lock, malfunction and secondary air injection pump-d-relay (j705), circuit open circuit will delay your vw fault. |
08784 Possible Causes:
08784 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 08784 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'f', circuit range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
