Staring in engine injector control pressure, too low the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles exhaust bank 3 sensor 1 oxygen sensor signal, implausibly lean or injector cylinder 16 (n393), open circuit will delay your vw fault. |
08781 Possible Causes:
08781 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)

What To Check After Fixing 08781 Code
- Inspect all the connections drive by wire-mil (k132), circuit short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
