08762 Possible Causes:
08762 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 08762 Code
- Inspect all the connections o2 sensor signals swapped, bank 1 sensor 3 - /bank 2 sensor 3
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
