This something to do with the intake camshaft timing glow plug/heater relay 2 circuit, short to b+ causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system throttle actuator control system, sudden high air flow detected or engine coolant temperature signal, short to ground will delay your vw fault. |
08753 Possible Causes:
08753 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 08753 Code
- Inspect all the connections linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2 / common ground wire, short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
