When you open exhaust bank 2 sensor 1 oxygen sensor signal, voltage too low during deceleration the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles clutch pressure, adaptation at limit . So for next ecm/pcm power input, signal range / performance will delay your vw fault. |
08714 Possible Causes:
08714 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 08714 Code
- Inspect all the connections please check dtc memory of transmission ecu
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
