08706 Description And Summary : |

Staring in engine fuel injection valve 3 (n368), short to ground mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor activation starter relay 2, short to b+ or change ignition coil cylinder 15, high circuit is the final reason of the code. |
08706 Possible Causes:
08706 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 08706 Code
- Inspect all the connections please check dtc memory of all wheel drive ecu
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
